Garbage

Just used the app for the first time as the phone system had a very long wait. When the cab finally arrived it had mixed up my information with someone elses request. My address and name but it had instructions to pick up 3 men and gave their names and phone numbers. No idea who they were. Cabbie radioed it in and I had to ask him to start driving as I needed to get to the airport. Dispatch blamed me for putting the info in. At least the cabbie kept going.
