Change the age you have to be to download this app no 4 year old should have this app!! Maybe change it to 16-18??

PEOPLE. How long do we need to live in the Stone Age. These cab companies blow. I know its stampede (Calgary) but what gives them the right to be so rude and hang up on me because "were very busy". Bring on the Uber. Oh yeah, this app doesnt work.

Just used the app for the first time as the phone system had a very long wait. When the cab finally arrived it had mixed up my information with someone elses request. My address and name but it had instructions to pick up 3 men and gave their names and phone numbers. No idea who they were. Cabbie radioed it in and I had to ask him to start driving as I needed to get to the airport. Dispatch blamed me for putting the info in. At least the cabbie kept going.

Why is this app still available. It wont work!!

App fails to create booking - every time Ive tried

This app used to work well. Never an issue. New version...not so good. I always book my taxi days in advance. I work out of town and fly twice a month. I would book my flight/book a cab. The new version makes booking a taxi days or hrs in advance much more difficult then it should be. They should pull the latest update. Was a 4/5 before.

Love this app, and 80% of the time it works out great, but I wish it would first dispatch taxis that are closest to your pick up location and give them first pick to respond to pickup requests. Often, on a slow day, taxi drivers from half way across town will accept your request first even though 15 other cabs were closer to your location. Thus making for a long wait time.

I had been using this app with great success for over a year, but recently Ive found it to not be useful at all. All of my bookings fail. Ive uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and still cannot book. Ive checked my settings, updated all, and still the bookings fail. I really did like this app, but if the dev team refuse to address the problem, Im going to have to go with the competition. Please fix the app, I like you guys!

I have had countless issues with taxi apps. This one is no better.
